The position involves validating identities and insurance, facilitating patient readiness, and collecting payments to support clinic financial health.

You will manage the front door, minimize wait times, and coordinate with clinical staff while delivering compassionate, high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare front desk or patient access preferred.
• Experience with digital intake and EMR systems beneficial.
• Ability to verify patient eligibility & benefits and handle payments.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Visit Preparation: review schedule 24–48 hours in advance for missing docs and coverage.
• Digital-First Intake: facilitate patient check-in with accurate demographics and consents.
