Responsibilities

• Pre-Visit Preparation: Review schedules 24–48 hours ahead to identify missing docs or gaps.
• Digital-First Intake: Facilitate patient check-in with digital tools and complete demographics and consents.
• Queue & Wait-Time Management: Monitor waiting room and EMR queues and inform patients of delays.
• Point-of-Service (POS) Collections: Discuss financial responsibility and process payments with daily drawer reconciliation.
• Exit & Outreach: Conduct checkout, schedule follow-ups, and manage outreach for no-shows or preventive care.
