Job summary

TriHealth is seeking a Front Office Specialist at Good Sam Hospital in Cincinnati, OH. You will greet and register patients, handle calls, collect co-pays, schedule follow-ups, and assist with daily office tasks in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.

Responsibilities

• Answers, handles, and screens incoming telephone calls.
• Greets patients and registers them, files and prepares charts.
• Performs check-out duties including reviewing encounter forms and collecting co-payments.
• Schedules follow-up appointments and completes day-end reconciliation.
