Job summary

TriHealth is seeking an Access Associate at Good Samaritan Western Ridge Hospital in Cincinnati, OH. You will perform scheduling and registration duties, assist patients and physicians, and provide financial triage with a focus on customer service in a fast-paced hospital setting.

The role requires 1–2 years of customer service experience, HS diploma or GED, and strong communication skills. Training is provided for hospital processes and medical terminology within the first year.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1–2 years experience in customer service.
• Typing speed 35 wpm or higher.
• Ability to operate multiple computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Schedule physician-ordered tests in accordance with department guidelines.
• Register patients and educate on required paperwork.
• Provide financial triage and explain insurance concepts.
• Collect copays, deposits, and deductibles.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve patient questions.
