Job summary

TriHealth Bethesda North Hospital is seeking an Access Associate to support scheduling and registration processes for patients. You will coordinate with care teams, educate patients on required forms, and collect copays and deposits while delivering outstanding customer service.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, 1–2 years of customer service experience, and the ability to type 35 wpm. Paid full-time training is provided in Norwood, with opportunities to transition to part-time or

Qualifications

• 2 weeks of Full-time Day paid training in Norwood.
• 1–2 years customer service experience required.
• Medical terminology within first year of employment if not already taken.

Responsibilities

• Schedule physician-ordered tests and coordinate registrations with TH ancillary departments.
• Provide excellent customer service and answer patient questions.
• Collect copays, standard deposits and deductibles at point of service.
• Educate patients on TH required legal compliance paperwork and financial concepts.
