Qualifications

• Medical terminology knowledge within first year of employment if not already taken.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Register patients in a hospital-based, on-site setting.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Coordinate with TH ancillary departments to support care and throughput.
• Educate patients on insurance benefits and out-of-pocket costs.
• Follow HIPAA, scripting, and department policies; support patient flow.
