Job summary

American Family Care (AFC) is seeking a medical receptionist to accurately check patients in and out by verifying insurance, collecting payments, and maintaining patient records. You will manage patient flow and provide positive patient relations throughout the visit.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and a customer-focused mindset. Prior medical clerical experience is preferred, with opportunities to grow within a nationwide urgent care network.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent
• Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office) and data entry accuracy are required
• Strong customer service and communication skills preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and check them in/out
