Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in a courteous, professional manner.
• Complete patient check-in with demographic and insurance details.
• Collect co-payments and issue receipts during check-in.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage referrals.
• Load patient information into EMR and practice management systems.
• Coordinate scheduling across multiple offices and clinics.
• Monitor messages and forward to appropriate staff.
