Job summary

You will enter data into CMHC, maintain client records, and perform light secretarial duties while upholding confidentiality and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year experience with Third Party Payers or in a human service office.
• Must be comfortable working in a computer environment.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethics and conduct policies.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and visitors as receptionist, schedule appointments and reminders.
• Collect information for enrollment, benefits verification, and authorizations.
• Register new clients and open cases electronically; verify benefits with insurers.
• Process data, generate reports, and perform light secretarial duties.
• Maintain front desk data and handle cash receipts and co-pays.
