Job summary

Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare (TMH) seeks a Patient Services representative to manage front desk operations, scheduling, and patient communications in a busy clinical setting.

Responsibilities include data entry, billing support, and supply coordination, ensuring a smooth patient flow and accurate records. A high school diploma and customer service experience are required; additional coursework is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma or Equivalent; preferred post-high school coursework in customer service or business.
• Minimum 1 year of job-related experience with direct customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; professional demeanor expected.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology and office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Front office reception and patient check-in; appointment scheduling and follow-up.
• Data entry, billing, copying or scanning and supply monitoring.
• Assist with general office duties and maintain organized workflow.
