• Bilingual Spanish/English a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients at check-in and check-out.
• Schedule appointments and confirm next-day appointments.
• Verify patient insurance and collect copayments.
• Enter charges in EMR/Practice Management System and process pre-authorizations.
• Handle medication refills, testing follow-up, and referrals as requested.
