Job summary

Upper Great Lakes Family Health in Michigan is seeking a Front Office Patient Service Representative (FOPSR) to be the first point of contact for patients arriving at the Pediatrics Clinic. The role focuses on delivering friendly service and handling administrative tasks with accuracy.

As the Front Office team member, you will schedule appointments, manage telephone encounters, and ensure patient forms are completed and scanned as needed.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a service industry or administrative role.
• Experience using an electronic health record system is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) for basic correspondence and simple reports.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service for a variety of patient administrative tasks.
• Scheduling appointments and handling telephone encounters.
• Maintaining clinic documentation by ensuring all required patient forms are complete, distributed and scanned as needed.
