Upper Great Lakes Family Health is seeking a Call Center Patient Service Representative to be the first point of contact for patients. You will schedule appointments, answer questions by phone, and update patient information while coordinating with clinic staff.

Responsibilities include handling telephone and web encounters and collaborating with Front Office PSRs, clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth patient flow.

Qualifications

• Experience in service industry or administrative role with excellent customer service.
• Experience using an electronic health record system is preferred.
• Ability to prepare basic correspondence and simple reports with MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Provides excellent customer services, primarily by telephone.
• Creates telephone and web encounters for all patient contacts outside of standard scheduling.
• Collaborates with Front Office PSRs, clinical, and administrative staff.
