New Jersey Urology is seeking a Patient Access Representative in East Brunswick for a full-time role. You will greet patients, manage check-in/out, answer appointment inquiries, and verify insurance details while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

The position requires a High School Diploma, strong communication skills, and experience in a medical setting or health insurance. EMR use is preferred and some travel to clinics may be required.

Formación

• High School Diploma required and professional conduct with patients.
• Interact professionally with patients, colleagues, managers and executives.
• Demonstrate maturity, integrity, loyalty, creativity and confidentiality with HIPAA.
• One year experience in a medical practice or health insurance setting preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior use of EMR systems preferred.
• Travel to other clinics as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients and visitors promptly and courteously.
• Manage patient check-in and checkout processes.
• Answer calls about appointments and general inquiries.
• Review charts for accuracy before visits and ensure required information is present.
• Scan and sort documents in the EMR system.
• Verify and update patient insurance information.
• Collect patient payments and handle related tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
