Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Complete Patient Access training.
• Able to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Detail oriented with strong customer service.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, AHCA, EMTALA, and Medicare rules.
• Bilingual English/Spanish/Creole preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patient appointments across diagnostic, surgical, therapy, physician office visits and other procedures.
• Verify demographics and insurance information.
• Register patients and enter data into scheduling system.
• Meet individual quality metrics in a call center environment.
• Provide professional, compassionate, and friendly service to patients, families and staff.
