Strong customer service and clerical accuracy are emphasized. Preferred candidates will have a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and prior clerical experience in a medical office.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors at the point of service.
• Verify patients’ demographic and insurance information and register them.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient flow and switchboard duties.
• Document patient payments and provide finance counseling as appropriate.
