Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; higher degree preferred.
• 1+ years in healthcare operations, customer service, or similar role.
• Experience with front desk and patient scheduling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage front office daily activities for the practice location.
• Provide excellent customer service to in-person and remote patients and clinicians.
• Assist with telehealth access, patient portal issues, and scheduling needs.
• Collect co-payments and verify insurance eligibility.
• Coordinate with clinicians and maintain appointment schedules.
• Greet/check patients in and out, and ensure paperwork is complete.
