Job summary

LifeStance Health in Portland, OR is seeking a Practice Coordinator to manage front office daily activities for the local clinic, delivering quality customer service to in-person and remote patients and clinicians.

Qualifications

• Must be able to multitask and prioritize duties to deliver high-quality patient experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and EMR systems; HIPAA compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive work environment and support clinician and staff engagement.
• Manage front desk tasks: check-in/out, scheduling, and patient flow.
• Assist patients with billing questions, telehealth access, and portal issues; troubleshoot as needed.
