Duties include schedule preparation, insurance eligibility checks, collecting co-pays, coordinating with billing, and assisting with patient portal issues.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ year experience in healthcare operations or customer service.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities; HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities
