Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months of customer service experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills and ability to operate scheduling/registration software.
• Ability to handle confidential patient information.

Responsabilidades

• Register patients and verify demographics and insurance.
• Greet patients and assist with questions to support care.
• Answer phone, schedule appointments, route inquiries.
• Prepare records for visits by reviewing EMR/chart contents.
• Process communications and distribute documents accurately.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and provide age-appropriate care.
• Support team with multitasking in a fast-paced clinic.
