Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years of administrative or customer service experience; 1 year in a health care setting preferred.
• High School Diploma, or equivalent required.
• Successful completion of Verbal De-Escalation and Handle with Care certifications, and BLS and First Aid; provided during Fairfax new hire training.

Responsibilities

• Oversee patient communications and front desk services.
• Support scheduling, medical records management, admissions and registration processes.
• Assist with verifying insurance eligibility and benefits and provide financial counseling.
