Inova 360 Concierge Medicine - Fairfax is seeking a dedicated Patient Access Specialist for a full-time, Monday–Friday schedule from 8:30am to 5:00pm. You will admit and schedule patients, verify insurance, and provide financial counseling while upholding Inova Health System's Service Excellence standards.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• 1 year of patient access experience required.
• Ability to adhere to HIPAA and related privacy regulations.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Admit and schedule patients, verify insurance, and provide financial counseling.
• Interact with multiple departments and coordinate patient information.
• Perform insurance verifications and determine patient financial responsibilities.
• Ensure adherence to HIPAA and service excellence standards.
• Assist with documentation and scheduling for specialty visits as needed.
