Qualifications

• Education: High School or GED
• Experience: 1 year of patient access experience

Responsibilities

• Admit/schedule patients and verify authorizations
• Conduct insurance verifications and provide financial counseling
• Prepare schedules, track records, and navigate multiple systems
• Coordinate with departments, tailor messaging, and manage referrals
• Coordinate with transport and health information management tasks
• Resolves moderate patient concerns and follows up on inquiries
