Responsibilities

• Coordinate all incoming referrals for consultations from practices and hospitals.

• Provide financial counseling and explain coverage and costs to patients.
• Process medical record requests and manage referrals.
• Collaborate with Social Work, Billing, and Contracting for patient support.
