Job summary

Compass Pathways Inc. is seeking a Patient Access Liaison (PAL) to execute our patient engagement strategy at the field level across REMS, reimbursement education, and access pathways.

This role supports certification, access readiness, and case management while maintaining compliant CRM documentation and non-promotional boundaries. Based in Raleigh/Durham NC, the PAL builds relationships with sites and stakeholders, coordinates treatment logistics, and collaborates with Sales and Site of Care

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in field reimbursement and patient access.
• Experience navigating healthcare ecosystems and payor processes.
• Bachelor’s degree required; valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within assigned geography.

Responsibilities

• Educate sites on REMS certification and enrollment processes.
• Strengthen account relationships and site access readiness.
• Provide education on coverage, coding, and reimbursement.
• Assist with case management processes and approvals.
• Coordinate patient treatment logistics and scheduling.
