Job summary

Duly Health and Care in Lisle, IL is seeking a Patient Service Representative for our Internal Medicine clinic. This full-time role supports front desk operations, greets patients, checks in/out, answers phones, schedules appointments, and collects co-pays, all while maintaining patient confidentiality.

You will work Monday–Friday 7:00 AM to 6:20 PM with one Saturday per month, use EPIC to update records, verify insurance, and coordinate referrals.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical office preferred.
• Front desk or receptionist experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly, check-in/out, and schedule appointments.
• Answer a multi-line phone system; place outbound calls for scheduling.
• Collect copayments; reconcile daily financial transactions.
• Verify insurance; update demographics in EPIC; manage referrals.
• Maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA; assist team as needed.
• Support team huddles and monitor scheduling/access metrics.
