Job summary

Presbyterian Healthcare Services is seeking a Registration Services Associate III to enhance patient and visitor experiences at Presbyterian Medical Group clinics. You will guide registration, handle inquiries, and support privacy and accuracy of patient data using CARES and EPE tools.

The role involves managing co-pays, self-pay, and deductible monies at the point of service, while coordinating with care teams to ease patient journeys and ensure timely service delivery.

Qualifications

• Two years of healthcare or customer service experience.
• Must pass EPIC competencies within 30 days of hire or upon Epic Clerical Training class.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient and visitor experience at registration and lobby areas.
• Collect accurate patient data and manage Kiosk concierge functions.
• Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and release of information workflows.
• Support patient financial interactions and explain insurance requirements.
