Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet patients and visitors, directing them to the appropriate department.
• Review appointments, verify eligibility, update demographics and collect copayments.
• Perform check-in/check-out, document visits, and verify prescriptions and referrals as needed.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and secure PHI; adhere to privacy regulations.
• Support post-visit follow-up and patient experience initiatives; assist with office operations.
