Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or office setting.
• Experience with healthcare registration preferred.
• AHA BLS will be required upon hire.

Responsabilités

• Complete patient registration and data entry per guidelines.
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits within defined timelines.
• Collect copays and process payments; balance daily cash.
• Respond to patient or staff inquiries and support scheduling.
• Maintain accurate electronic health records and required forms.
