Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• BLS certification through American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• DPS Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• 1+ years' experience in customer service and/or office setting.

• Provides registration for patients, verifies demographics and benefits, collects payments, and balances accounts.
• Preregister, register, schedule, reschedule, and discharge patients per guidelines.
