Responsibilities

• Obtains and verifies insurance authorizations/precertification; processes medical record release requests; schedules and confirms appointments.
• Maintains patient schedule flow to optimize experience.
• Assists with training, staffing, and provides feedback.
• Keeps up-to-date on insurance coverage and reimbursement changes.
• Performs scheduling, billing, referrals, and other clerical tasks timely.
