Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• 2 years supervisory experience in billing, admissions, scheduling or medical records.
• 5 years clerical experience in a medical office.
• 2 years EMR experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead registration and insurance authorization teams to ensure patient-centered care and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and applicable laws.
• Oversee accurate entry of patient information into systems.
• Monitor trends and KPIs regularly.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvements and propose changes.
• Generate reports for executives and external agencies as needed.
• Handle complex patient concerns and resolve staff/patient conflicts.
• Coordinate with back-office staff and RN Administrator for open communication.
• Train new front office staff and manage schedules.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
