Job summary

LifeLong Medical Care in Oakland, CA is seeking a Front Office & Eligibility Coordinator for the LeNoir Health Center. This full-time role (40 hours/week) supports patient registration, scheduling, eligibility screening and front desk operations in a community health setting.

Salary is $22/hour and benefits include medical, dental, vision and paid leave. Represented by SEIU-UHW, employees must adhere to the CBA and maintain membership in good standing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Experience in a medical front office is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage front desk operations with friendly service.
• Register patients, schedule appointments and check-in.
• Prepare eligibility information for scheduled patients.
