Responsabilités

• Greets patients and directs calls and messages in a professional manner.
• Verifies and updates patient information; assists with appointments.
• Schedules/reschedules appointments and procedures; provides financial counseling.
• Reviews and maintains patient records in multiple systems with accuracy.
• Reviews and resolves billing edits and rejected data in coordination with IT.
• Maintains office supplies and stock for smooth front desk operations.
• Helps manage patient referrals and coordinates with healthcare providers.
• Adheres to NMHS policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
