Formación

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience supervising a patient access team or similar.
• Familiar with Medicare/Medicaid/third-party payers and registration systems.

Responsabilidades

• Plans, directs, and coordinates daily activities of Patient Access team.
• Oversees schedulers, pre-registration analysts, and patient account representatives to ensure accurate information and timely billing.
• Monitors accuracy rates, denials, and collection efforts; ensures regulatory compliance.
