Under supervision of the area Supervisor/Team Lead, you will use strong communication and organizational skills to maintain accurate records, navigate registration systems, and assist with billing reviews.

Responsabilités

• Greets patients in a positive, helpful, and courteous manner.
• Answers and directs calls; takes messages as needed.
• Directs visitors and patients to correct locations.
• Assists patients with questions about Patient Portal.
• Obtains demographic and insurance information promptly.
• Verifies/updates personal and appointment information.
• Reviews paperwork and explains privacy and consent forms.
• Receives/post payments and provides receipts.
• Maintains patient records in systems with accuracy.
