Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greets patients in a positive, helpful, and courteous manner and directs callers and visitors.
• Verifies/updates personal and insurance information; assists with scheduling and paperwork.
• Collects and records payments, provides receipts, and explains financial responsibilities.
• Maintains patient records, reviews deposits, and supports billing edits and claims.
• Assists with referrals, patient transport, and regulatory compliance.
