Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Gather information during the scheduling process.
• Call insurance companies for verification, including benefits, referrals, precertification/authorization, and patient financial responsibilities.
• Collaborate with Case Management and physician offices to obtain accurate information and minimize penalties or rejects.
• Assist physician offices and patients with questions and concerns.
• Deliver duties in a courteous and professional manner.
