Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months of Patient Access, Medical Billing or Customer Service experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office including Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Completes all assigned tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
• Responds professionally to customers’ needs.
• Cooperates and communicates with McLaren Health Care team members.
• Contributes to continuous quality improvement efforts.
• Seeks guidance from Rep II, Rep III and supervisor as needed.
