Job summary

New Season is seeking a Patient Registration Coordinator to greet and register patients in our Daytona Beach clinic. You will manage pre-registration, schedule appointments, collect co-pays and ensure accurate entry of demographics, billing, and clinical data in the registration system.

In this role you will coordinate with Program Director and clinic staff to verify insurance benefits and obtain prior authorizations as needed, while maintaining confidentiality and providing excellent customer

Qualifications

• Greet and register new patients.
• Schedule patient appointments and orientation.
• Collect co-payments and patient financial responsibility.
• Verify demographics, billing, and clinical information in the system.

Responsibilities

• Pre-register all new clients and schedule appointments.
