New Season seeks a Patient Registration Coordinator to greet and register patients, verify demographics and insurance, and coordinate scheduling within a busy outpatient clinic. You will be the first contact for patients, ensuring smooth intake and accurate data capture in the registration system.

The role requires experience in healthcare front desk operations, strong customer service, and proficient use of EHR systems, with attention to billing details and appointment logistics.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service background and knowledge of electronic health records systems.
• Experience in healthcare settings preferred.
• Minimum 1 year receptionist and cashier experience.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend written and spoken words; strong communication.

Responsabilidades

• Complete pre-registration and schedule patient appointments.
• Collect co-payments and patient financial responsibility.
• Verify insurance benefits and obtain prior authorization as needed.
• Enter demographics, billing, and clinical information accurately.
• Answer phones, sort mail, maintain supplies, and assist with administrative tasks.
• Maintain confidentiality and communicate with Clinic Operations Team.
