Job summary

PRC Alliance Pain Relief Centers in Daytona Beach is seeking a New Patient Coordinator for our New Patient Department. You will welcome new patients, collect accurate demographics and insurance details, and schedule appointments with physicians within seven business days when possible.

Responsibilities include handling calls professionally, ensuring HIPAA privacy, and coordinating with clinics to optimize patient onboarding and reduce delays. Prior experience in a medical office is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Experience in medical office settings recommended.
• Knowledge of basic medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls professionally and courteously, greeting callers.
