Qualifications

• High school diploma; vocational education preferred.
• Experience in a medical ambulatory setting.
• Current CPR certification or obtained within 3 months.
• Proficient PC skills; MS Outlook, Excel, and Word preferred.
• Eligible to work in the United States; TB testing required.
• Valid Ohio driver's license with insurability.
• Complete a 90-day acclimation period.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, vendors, and visitors and notify staff of arrival.
• Route calls via the telephone console and schedule appointments.
• Verify insurance information and collect co-pays and balances.
• Obtain pre-authorizations as needed and manage referrals in EMR.
• Support billing with daily financial records and reporting.
• Maintain waiting areas and handle inquiries professionally.
