Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Ability to walk between rooms and push a 10-pound mobile computer station
• Must be inquisitive and open to innovation including AI to improve processes

Responsibilities

• Assign accurate MRNs and complete medical necessity checks
• Operate the telephone switchboard for calls
• Provide clear patient instructions and collect insurance information
• Process physician orders and use overlay tools to ensure POS accuracy
• Adhere to policies and deliver excellent customer service with compassion
• Conduct audits and prepare statistical data for leadership
