Responsibilities

• Performs scheduling and preregistration; verifies demographics and benefits; supports accurate billing submission.
• Verifies insurance information via payor contacts and online resources; tracks authorizations/referrals.
• Calculates patient financial responsibilities and processes payments in the ADT system; escalates as needed.
