• Verifies insurance and tracks authorization/referral requirements with payors.
• Identifies patient financial responsibilities; estimates and collects liabilities.
• Delivers a positive patient experience and maintains professional relationships with patients and external contacts.
• Adheres to organizational policies; completes mandatory trainings and duties as assigned.
