Gifford Health Care in Randolph, VT, is hiring an Office Representative for our OB/GYN office. This full-time daytime role (Mon–Fri, 8:00–17:00 with one half-day per week) is the first point of contact for visitors and callers, delivering friendly, professional service and handling reception duties, messaging, scheduling, and registrations.

You will inform staff of arrivals, make reminder calls, and help maintain the waiting area while processing medical records requests in line with hospital
