Bedford Commons OBGYN seeks a compassionate Patient Access Representative to join our front desk. You will greet patients, verify information, schedule appointments, and handle registrations in a fast-paced medical office.

The ideal candidate has customer service experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask across multiple computer systems. Training is provided; benefits from day one; Monday–Friday with rotation across NH offices in Londonderry.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience strongly preferred.
• Healthcare setting experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with computers; willingness to learn new systems.

Responsabilités

• Greet and check-in patients in a warm, professional manner.
• Explain procedures and registration requirements to patients.
• Schedule appointments via electronic scheduling system.
• Manage high-volume patient call queues professionally.
• Collect co-payments and process transactions accurately.
• Verify and update patient demographics and insurance data.
• Safeguard confidential information per HIPAA regulations.
• Navigate multiple computer systems and software platforms.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams for smooth patient flow.
• Maintain regular attendance and perform duties as assigned.
