Responsibilities

• Pre-Visit Preparation: Review schedule 24–48 hours ahead to identify gaps.
• Digital-First Intake: Facilitate check-in with accurate demographics and consents.
• Queue & Wait-Time Management: Monitor wait times and communicate delays; process POS collections.
• Exit & Outreach: Complete checkout, schedule follow-ups, and outreach for no-shows.
