Responsibilities

• Patient Reception: Greet and assist patients at the front desk and provide waiting information.
• Patient Intake: Verify and update demographics and insurance during check-in; process walk-ins.
• Financial Transactions: Collect patient payments (deductibles, copays, coinsurance).
• Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate follow-up appointments and prosthetic care plans.
• Record Maintenance: Ensure accurate electronic health records for all patients.
• Administrative Collaboration: Work with Revenue Cycle Management to obtain patient information.
